1. Terms of Use
Welcome to Saleshandy! Please read on to learn the rules and restrictions that govern your use of our website(s), products, services, and applications (collectively, the 'Services'). These Terms of Use are a binding contract between you and Saleshandy — Ikigai Infotech LLP.

You must agree to and accept all of the Terms, or you don't have the right to use the Services.
2. Will these Terms, Services, or Prices ever change?
Yes, they might. We are always working to improve Saleshandy, so our Terms, Services, and pricing may be updated from time to time.
If we make important changes, we'll let you know either on our website, within the Service itself, or by another reasonable method.
Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
3. What does it cost to use Saleshandy?
Some Services are free to try, but Saleshandy reserves the right to require payment for certain Services.
Products include: Outreach (personalized sequential outreach), Email Infrastructure (optimizing email delivery rates), Lead Finder (search for leads with various filters), Email Verification (verify email validity), and Inbox Radar (track email inbox placement).
You are responsible for all taxes associated with the product and/or services. Fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable.
4. Confidentiality & Feedback
You may gain access to confidential Saleshandy information. You agree to protect it and not disclose it unless authorized.
By providing Feedback, you grant Saleshandy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such Feedback to improve the Services.
5. Privacy
Saleshandy takes the privacy of its users very seriously. For the current Privacy Policy, please visit our Privacy Policy page.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 16.
6. Basics of using Saleshandy
You log in via OAuth (Gmail, Microsoft, Exchange, etc.).
You confirm you are of legal age and authorized if acting on behalf of an organization.
You may not: violate intellectual property rights, break laws or regulations, engage in harmful or deceptive activity, run spam or bots, crawl or reverse engineer the Services.
7. User Submissions & Licenses
Anything you submit, store, or share is your 'User Submission.' You keep ownership but grant Saleshandy the rights needed to operate the Services.
Private Submissions are used only to provide Services to you. Shared Submissions may be displayed to chosen users.
8. Responsibility for content
Users are solely responsible for the content they share or transmit.
Services may link to third-party websites outside Saleshandy's control.
9. Stopping use of Saleshandy
You're free to stop using the Services at any time by contacting us at help@saleshandy.com.
Saleshandy also reserves the right to terminate your use of the Services for any breach of these Terms.
Account termination may result in the deletion of any content associated with your account.
10. Global Terms
You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots are not permitted.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You may not distribute Saleshandy or any portion of it to third parties without express written permission.
11. Payment, Refunds, Upgrading, and Downgrading
A valid credit card is required for non-free users.
Refunds are available only within 10 days of the initial purchase. Used products are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Email Infrastructure, Lead Finder, Inbox Placement Test, and Email Verification services are strictly non-refundable.
Downgrading may result in loss of content, features, or capacity.
12. Copyright and Content Ownership
The Services, the 'Saleshandy' trademark, and all materials are the exclusive property of Saleshandy — Ikigai Infotech LLP and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
13. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
14. Your Responsibilities
You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and notify us promptly of any incidents.
You may only use the Services for lawful, internal business purposes.
Saleshandy processes personal data on your behalf as a processor. For a DPA, contact privacy@saleshandy.com.
Email Responsibilities (CAN-SPAM compliance): You are the sender of all emails sent via Saleshandy. You must not send spam or unsolicited bulk emails.
